The Magic Hour - Part 1 of 2

We went to Llano Seco at sunrise again and it was simply magical! The last time we did this (read that post here) was in January and it's just as enjoyable in the fall.

When we arrived at 6:30 a.m., thousands of white-fronted geese and snow geese were flying in...

 This is the view of the walking trail...

The clouds and their reflection really add to the beauty of the landscape...
 There were a few groups of Sandhill Cranes, too...




It was great to stand there and watch the light change as the sun came up and the variety of colors reflecting on the clouds. There's the full moon in the photo below, glowing white against the blue sky...
