We're Game!


I've been wanting to get some close-up photos of a pheasant, and this one on the SNWR auto tour was very obliging!

Pheasants usually duck into the foliage before we can get a clear photo of one and it was rare to find one who was willing to pose for us.

They have the most beautiful and intricate markings, don't ya think?
