Spring Beautiful Spring
I love how the scenery comes alive at the refuge in springtime...
Birds find places to perch all along the auto tour and sing their cheery songs as we drive through, snapping pictures left and right...
Even the weeds are beautiful...
Who first decided what is considered a weed as opposed to a flower anyway? Sometimes they are equally pretty.
The mountains still have some leftover snow from winter. And vultures and hawks are out looking for prey...
And a kingbird holds tight to a little branch as he gets blown around by the gusting wind...
