Discovery Marsh Trail

Today's post includes photos from the Discovery Marsh Trail, across the street from the Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuges Visitor Center.

The view is spectacular, as you can see, and there is a wonderful blind where you can sit and let the birds come to you!

Now that I think about it, I probably should have taken a picture of the actual blind!
It only took a few seconds for this yellow-rumped warbler to land right in front of me! I've been having a difficult time getting clear photos of them up until now because they rarely sit in one spot for long.

Oops! I think he's on to me!

What a beautiful day to be out birding!
